FancyWin Affiliate: Terms and Conditions
- Weekly Commission Structure
All newly signed up affiliates will operate under Fancy Win’s weekly commission structure.
- FancyWin Affiliate Commission Rate
Affiliates can earn a commission rate of 50%.
- Minimum Weekly Qualification
To qualify for commission calculation, affiliates must have at least three (3) deposited and active players each week. If there are fewer than three active players, no commission will be calculated.
- Weekly Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated on a weekly basis, with the week defined as Monday to Sunday.
- Operational and Administrative Costs
20% of the player’s profit and loss will be deducted to cover operational and administrative costs.
- Quality Standards and Active Players
In addition to the minimum number of active players, affiliates must ensure that each referred player is genuinely active on FancyWin. The quality of players will be audited according to FancyWin’s standards. Failure to meet these standards will result in non-payment of commissions.
- Promotion Continuity
Affiliates must continue to actively promote FancyWin. Failure to acquire new signups or removing FancyWin banners will be considered a breach of agreement, leading to automatic termination of the agreement and forfeiture of future revenue share.
- Fraud and Collusion
If players are found to be involved in collusion or any other fraudulent activities, the FancyWin Affiliate Program Manager reserves the right to deduct funds from your revenue or remove the player accounts from your referrals.
- Commission Settlement
Commission payments are settled every Wednesday, no later than 5:00 p.m.
9.1 Negative Balance
If the account balance is negative (i.e., customer winnings exceed losses), the negative amount will be carried over to the following weeks. Revenue sharing will be based on FancyWin’s statistics and calculations. Any negative commission balance will be deducted from available commission.
9.2 Taxes and Fees
All amounts earned under the agreement are exclusive of charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs. Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on their revenue share, except where FancyWin is required to withhold tax in certain jurisdictions. Affiliates cannot recover such taxes from FancyWin.
