Bets on cricket, sports, or casino games are accepted according to House Betting Rules. Bets are only valid when placed online and confirmed with a transaction ID. Technical errors, system failures, or fraud may void bets. Users are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation.

Special Notes:

• In-play and half-time bets are allowed where indicated.
• Multiple bets on a single event may be considered collusion and canceled.
• Indonesian Rupiah bets require rounding rules as per system instructions.

Software License

FancyWin’s software is licensed for personal use only. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or allow others to use the software. Upon account closure, the license terminates, and users must uninstall the software.

Settlement of Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals must match account holder details. Users are responsible for all payments, including taxes and fees. Maximum winnings per bet are 160,000 BDT. FancyWin may void transactions credited in error, and users must not use such funds.

Disclaimers

Betting is at the user’s risk. Services, software, and odds are provided “as is.” FancyWin is not responsible for system errors, malware, or external interference. Liability for losses is limited to the bet amount. Users must ensure their devices are secure when accessing the platform.

Account Termination or Suspension

FancyWin may terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Multiple accounts
• Fraud or cheating
• Illegal activity
• Misleading registration information
• Underage users
• Jurisdiction restrictions
• Chargebacks or disputes.

Accounts may be reactivated after verification and rectification. FancyWin reserves the right to suspend services at its discretion.

Adding or Discontinuing Games
